User Guide
Your Jira Cloud administrator should grant you Administer Jira permissions to create, edit, view, and export connectors. Users with Administer Jira permissions always have access to app configurations.
Create Access Token
An access token functions like a password, so each user is required to create it individually. Jira Administrator cannot create access tokens for other users for security reasons.
Create Data Source
A data source is the primary source of data sets containing tables and fields for further analysis. It represents the data selected by the user for export to Microsoft Power BI.
Export from Jira to Microsoft Power BI
Exporting data from Jira to Microsoft Power BI involves connecting to Power BI using a previously created access token and transferring the datasets included in the data source.
