Power BI Connector for ServiceNow can only be purchased on the ServiceNow Store.

Pricing Information

  • The Power BI Connector for ServiceNow is priced per month, with a minimum contract term of 12 months. 

  • The pricing is based on the number of instances and is not affected by the release version or the number of users.

  • You can rest assured that the app price is final and no additional charges will be applied for support, implementation or new app versions during the contract term. 

  • You can choose between two payment methods: credit card or purchase order (PO) for your convenience.

 

Payments and Subscription Term

On the Store site, you may place a non‑cancellable and non‑refundable order to purchase access to Power BI Connector by clicking the “BUY” button on the app page on the ServiceNow Store.

Prices stated on Store are final. Except as expressly set forth in the description, fees and taxes applied can be seen at the time you place your order.

Power BI Connector is purchased for a minimum term of twelve (12) months.

In the event that your subscription to any ServiceNow Product required to use Power BI Connector for ServiceNow expires, you may not use the app until such use rights are reinstated.

Purchase of Power BI Connector is a continuous and non‑divisible commitment for the full duration of its subscription term regardless of the payment schedule. ServiceNow will provide advance notice of each renewal date to the contact information provided by you. Unless you cancel your subscription, Power BI Connector will automatically renew upon the expiration of each subscription term.

Payments by Credit Card. For purchases by credit card, payment and invoice shall be due upon purchase of Power BI Connector. The credit card you provide for billing purposes will be billed on a monthly basis during the subscription term of the app.

Purchases by Purchase Order. For purchases by PO, you’ll be billed for each 12 months upfront. Usually, all such payments shall be due net thirty (30) days from the date of ServiceNow’s invoice to you, and payments shall be invoiced and made in the currency provided in the invoice.

Taxes. All prices on ServiceNow Store are stated exclusive of all taxes, duties, levies, imposts, fines or similar governmental assessments including sales and use taxes, value‑added taxes, goods and services taxes, excise, business, service, and similar transactional taxes imposed by any jurisdiction and the interest and penalties thereon. You shall be responsible for and bear all taxes associated with your purchase of, payment for, access to or use of any Store App accessible to you.

Basically, you will purchase the Power BI Connector from ServiceNow.

Thus, the seller and the contract party would be ServiceNow, not Alpha Serve / acSoft Inc as a vendor.
