How to connect tables in Power BI Desktop?

You don't need to manually build relationships between most tables, as these are automatically defined by the Power BI Connector for Jira and mirrored into the Data Model. When you upload your Jira data into Microsoft Power BI, all tables will be connected in relations based on the logical key field.
