Updating Power BI data from connector takes hours and resulting in crashes

Depending on the data volume, export might take 3 hours, sometimes it may be even 7 hours. To optimize the process, consider the following steps:

  • Apply filters (Basic or JQL filters by project or date, Software filters, etc.) to reduce the exported information

  • Split your connector into several smaller ones and refresh the data separately (one by one)
