Cache Management NEW

Now you can clear the data source cache by selecting the Clear cache button.

What does it mean?

A cache is a special storage area that holds frequently used data to make access faster.

Why do I need to clear the cache?

Over time, cached data can become outdated or corrupted, leading to export performance issues. Clearing the cache helps improve export speed and ensures that only updated content is used. If you experience slow data export, try clearing the cache of the corresponding data source.

Does clearing the cache delete my data?

No, clearing cache doesn’t delete any of your data. It only removes temporary files that are stored to speed up export process.

If I don’t clear the cache, what happens?

The cache is stored for 20 minutes, and then updates automatically with a new export. So, if you have updated the data source, and want to see the resent updates immediately, you need to clear the cache.
