Confidentiality and Compliance

Confidentiality Agreements

All Alpha Serve employees, temporary workers and third-party employees, and contractors are bound to sign an appropriate confidentiality agreement, as a condition for employment, prior to accessing Alpha Serve information resources.

Confidentiality agreements shall be reviewed when there are changes to contracts or other terms of employment, particularly when contracts are ending or employees are leaving an organization.

Policy Compliance

The appointed Alpha Serve team member or contractor will verify compliance with this policy through various methods, including but not limited to, periodic walk-thrus, business tool reports, internal and external audits, and feedback to the Alpha Serve management team.

Responsibility

An employee found to have violated this policy and/or confidentiality agreement may be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.

Application assessments are a requirement of the change control process and are required to adhere to this policy unless found to be exempt.

All application releases must pass through the change control process. Any Alpha Serve applications that do not adhere to this policy may be taken out of distribution until such time that a formal assessment can be performed at the discretion of the Chief Executive Officer.
