Administer Jira permissions are required to follow the instructions on this page. You can learn more about this here.

If you don’t have Administer Jira permissions, you can request your Jira Administrator to install the app by selecting Request this app.

How to Install Looker Studio Connector from Your Jira Cloud Instance

  1. Being signed in to your Jira Cloud instance, select Apps.

  1. Select Explore more apps.

  1. In the Search for apps box, enter Looker Studio Connector, and then press the Enter button.

  2. From the search results, select Looker Studio Connector for Jira by Tempo Software.

  1. Select Try it free.

Selecting this option, you will get a 30-day free trial license.

  1. Select Review.

  1. Select Start free trial.

You’re all set!
Now you can easily access Looker Studio Connector for Jira from the Apps section in your Jira Cloud instance.

How to Install Looker Studio Connector from Atlassian Marketplace

  1. Navigate to Atlassian Marketplace.

  2. Select Try it free.

  1. Select where to install the app, and then select Review.

  1. Select Start free trial.

How to Uninstall or Disable Looker Studio Connector

  1. Being signed in to your Jira Cloud instance, select Ellipsis (…), and then select Manage apps.

  1. Expand Looker Studio Connector for Jira by selecting it, and then select Stop trial/Unsubscribe.

If you can’t find Looker Studio Connector for Jira in the list, use the Filter visible apps function.

  1. Select Unsubscribe, and then select Uninstall.

You can resume your trial by selecting the Free trial button.

The Uninstall option removes Looker Studio Connector from your application and file system. You can temporarily stop your trial without uninstalling the app.
