Time To SLA
It is crucial to include service-level agreements (SLAs) and operational-level agreements (OLAs) data in a full and consistent report.
BigQuery Connector for Jira allows exporting any Time To SLA app data from Jira to Google BigQuery for further analytics and building dashboards.
Time To SLA fields are located in a separate tab.
