Timepiece Overview
Timepiece - formerly Time in Status app (from OBSS Marketplace Partner) is used to identify bottlenecks in the business processes by allowing users to easily create reports on issues that show how much time each issue spent on each status, assignee, or group. This information is critically important when building complex reporting for business analytics purposes. Thus, being able to export Time is Status data into Tableau is a commonly used feature in Tableau Connector for Jira from Alpha Serve.
Timepiece fields are located in a separate Timepiece tab.
