  1. Select and open the issue where you want to create a checklist.

  1. Select three dots, and then select Checklist for Jira On-the-Fly.

In the middle of the issue window, a checklist will appear.

  1. In the Add new checklist item box, enter your item, and then select the Enter button.

  1. Select, the arrow down, and then select the required status.

You can skip this step, and assign the statuses at any time.
