How to View Export History
Option 1
Being signed in to your Jira instance, select SQL Connector, and then select Export History.
You will see the general export history of all data sources.
Option 2
Being signed in to your Jira instance, select SQL Connector, and then select Data Sources.
Select the data source you need, select three dots, and then select Export History.
You will get a list of exports related to a specific data source.
How to Use Filters for Export History
If you’re looking for a specific data source export, you can use filters to quickly find it.
The following filters are available:
Data Source - This filter will return all export history entries with the specified data source(s) name(s).
Tables - This filter will return all export history entries that include the specified tables (e.g. Sprints, Issues, BoardCharts, and more).
Users - This filter will return all export history entries that were exported by a selected user or users.
Export Start Time - This filter will return all export history entries that started within the specified time interval.
Export End Time - This filter will return all export history entries that ended within the specified time interval.
Minimum Duration - This filter will return all export history entries with the defined minimum duration and higher.
Maximum Duration - This filter will return all export history entries with the defined maximum duration and lower.
The Data Sources Filter
For example, you want to view export history for the data source with the name BIS-935 AP.
In the Data Sources field, enter 1 or more characters.
From the drop-down list with suggestions, select the required data source, and then select Apply filters.
In the result, you’ll see the specified data source only.
The Tables Filter
For example, you want to view export history for the data sources that include the Issues tables.
In the Tables field, enter 1 or more characters.
From the drop-down list with suggestions, select the required table type, and then select Apply filters.
In the result, you’ll see the data sources with the specified tables only.
The User Filter
For example, you want to view data sources that were exported by a specific user or users.
In the Users field, enter 1 or more characters.
From the drop-down list with suggestions, select the required user, and then select Apply filters.
In the result, you’ll see the data sources that were exported by a specific user or users.
The Export Start Time Filter
For example, you want to view data sources for a specific period of time.
In the Export Start Time fields, specify the time, and then select Apply filters.
In the result, you’ll see the data sources which export start time match the time you specified in the corresponding fields.
The Export End Time Filter
The Export End Time Filter works in the same way as the Export Start Time filter.
You can combine filters according to your specific needs.
