Zendesk Guide is a knowledge management and self-service platform provided by Zendesk. It allows businesses to create a centralized repository of information such as FAQs, troubleshooting guides, product documentation, and other helpful resources for their customers.
If your company has Zendesk Guide set up at its instance, the Zendesk Guide tab will be automatically displayed. Zendesk Guide cannot be set up at an individual user level.
Zendesk Guide tables are available under a separate tab.
