How to monitor active user timers?

Using this feature you can monitor all active user’s timer data. To do it follow the next steps:

 

Step 1. Go to the Jira Administration tab and select Manage app section.

Step 2. Find on the left side menu panel “Time Tracker for Jira” tab and click Active timers.

Step 3. Active timers page contains the following data:

 

  1. User - The user who uses Time Tracker for Jira now.

  2. Issue key of the issue the user is working with right now.

  3. Summary of the issue the user is working with right now.

  4. Timer status - (Started/Paused).

  5. Start time - shows the date and time of active timer’s start.

  6. Continue time - shows the date and time of active timers start after a pause.

  7. Timer value - shows how long the Time tracker for Jira has been in “Started” status.

  8. Actions - remove data and cancels user tracker.
