General Introduction

Application vulnerabilities account for the largest portion of attack vectors besides malware. It is crucial that any application is assessed for vulnerabilities and any vulnerabilities are remediated prior to production deployment.

In case any kind of security incidents must be immediately communicated to all related parties.

Purpose of the Policy

The purpose of this policy is to ensure the high level of security of Alpha Serve applications, as well as satisfy compliance with any relevant policies in place.

Scope of the Policy

The policy covers the procedures of the security incident and security bug fixing at Alpha Serve in addition to Service Level Agreement (SLA) that is followed. This policy does not supersede current processes and procedures unless explicitly stated herein.
