How to install Time Tracker for Jira?

Step 1. Go to the Jira Administration tab and select Manage apps section.

Step 2. You will be redirected to the Find new apps section. Enter “Time Tracker Alpha Serve” in the search field and find Time Tracker for Jira in the search result.

Step 3. Click Free trial to get a 30-day free trial license or Buy now to purchase a license.

Step 4. Next, follow the standard client installation path.

After step 4, the application will be automatically installed in your Jira Software. If you click Get started you will be automatically redirected to the applications configuration page.

You also can install the Time Tracker for Jira directly from Atlassian Marketplace by visiting the Marketplace product page here.

How to update Time Tracker for Jira?

Note: Update button can be active only if a new version of application will be released after your installation!

Step 1. Go to the Jira Administration tab and select Manage apps section.


Step 2. You will be redirected to the Find new apps section. Click Manage apps and enter “Time Tracker” in the search field. Then click on the Time Tracker for Jira field.

Step 3. In the field that opened click Update.

If you do not see such a button, then there are no new versions released.

How to uninstall or disable Time Tracker for Jira?

Step 1. Go to the Jira Administration tab and select Manage apps section.

Step 2. You will be redirected to the Find new apps section. Click Manage apps and enter “Time Tracker for Jira” in the search field. Then click on the Time Tracker for Jira field.

Step 3. In the field that opened, click Uninstall or Disable.

Note, uninstalling an app permanently removes it from your application and file system. If you only want to temporarily remove it, you can disable your app instead.
