While we are working on a solution for that bug, you could apply this workaround as a temporary solution.
Gist: just let your users login into basic “Crowd” Application, so that they have access to Crowd User console.
This is step-by-step instructions should you need a more detailed guide.
Step 1. Open “Applications” tab.
Step 2. Open Crowd application.
Step 3. Click on a “lozenge” with “lozenge” with the number of groups in the “Who can authenticate” column.
Step 4. Click on a “select” field and choose a group of users. Then click “Add”.
After following those steps you will see changed number of groups that are allowed to authenticate into crowd console.
