I would like to connect Power BI to excel file via a query

monday.com API has limitations that do not allow direct access to the file content. While the API provides a list of attached files and links for download/viewing, extracting the actual file content is not feasible within its capabilities. Our solution involves exporting file information to a separate File table, containing accessible API links for downloading/viewing files.
