Zephyr Squad - Test Management for Jira

SQL Connector for Jira supports Zephyr Squad 2.0 (New Experience) only. If you’re using Zephyr Squad 1.0 (Legacy Experience), you may not find the required token for integration. For upgrading to version 2.0, please await the upcoming Zephyr Squad migration tool or contact SmartBear Technical Support for assistance.

Zephyr Squad Overview

Zephyr Squad is a flexible test management tool for Agile teams inside Jira. Zephyr Squad provides essential features for test design and execution in a single project.

Zephyr Squad fields are located in a separate tab.

How to Add Zephyr Squad Token

Zephyr Squad API Access Token is required to view and export data.

Being signed in to your Jira Cloud instance, select your profile picture, and then select Zephyr Squad API Access Tokens.

Select the Create access token button.

Select the Copy button.

Make sure to copy the token before closing the window. Once you leave the window, you won’t be able to view it again. You can generate a new token whenever you need.

Select Close.

Return to Apps, and then select SQL Connector for Jira.

On the left-side menu, select API Integrations, and then select Zephyr Squad.

In the Access token* field, paste your token, and then select Validate & Save.

Starting now, all users with granted permissions to work with data source and who added the token can select Zephyr Squad tables and fields for export.
