You must have the Jira Administrator rights to be able to carry out the instructions on this page. You can learn more about this here.

Step 1. Go on Administration page to section “Manage apps”
Step 2. You will be redirected to the ’’Find new apps’’ section (Atlassian Marketplace). Enter “Mail Me” in the search field. You will see Mail Me plugin in the search results

Step 2. You will be redirected to the ‘’Find new apps’’ section, so click ‘’Manage apps’’ and enter ‘’Mail Me’’ in the search field
Step 3. In the window that opens, click “Uninstall”
Note, uninstalling an app permanently removes it from your application and file system. If you only want to temporarily remove it, you can disable your app instead.
