This section allows you to select or cancel selecting tables and fields.

When you click once on the title of the relevant table, only the main fields of the tables are selected.

When you double-click on the title of the relevant table, all possible fields are selected.

You can also select the relevant fields separately.

Tables Export Concept

All of the tabs - Items, Activity logs, Users, etc. - represent data in format of tables that can be selected for export. Each table contains specific fields associated with the represented data.

For example, the table Activity logs contains the following fields: Log ID, Event, and more.

Each table is exported separately with its fields, and only the selected fields are included to the export.

For example, if you select the Boards, Item, and Users tables for export, you will get 3 different tables with their fields.

The exception is the Subitems table. See how to export subitems.

Exported tables.gif

Some fields, marked with an icon indicating a separate export, are also exported as a separate table.

For example, you decided to export the Items table, and also included the Owner field that is marked with the icon.

During the export, the Owner field will be exported as a separate table named people.
