SQL Connector for Jira shows relations between tables and fields, including Custom fields. This means that you can refer to the Data Schema to identify possible relationships between the tables.

How to review the Entity Relationship Diagram?
To view the entire diagram for your instance, select the Data Relationships from the SQL Connector menu.
To view the diagram for a specific data source, click the Data Relationships icon under the Data Source Actions.
