Exportier - Data Export allows he easy Shopify the export of collections to CSV or Excel.
With Shopify export collections, store owners are given the ability to analyze products by categories based on any criteria they choose, such as type, price, or any other criteria relevant to their business.
Go to Reports page and select New Report.
Choose Collections section in the DATA TYPE.
Click the Add filter and select the needed filter to narrow the data selection from the drop-down menu of included filters ( Collection type, Published Status, Title, Updated at.).
Select the needed fields in the FIELDS section.
There are all Collection fields available for export, including Manual Collections (custom) and Automated Collections (smart).
Choose Excel or CSV file format.
Additionally, you can do the following set up:
Configure the Shopify export CSV/Excel file settings;
Re-arrange columns by dragging them and customize rows in your CSV/ Excel file;
Select the file storage (inside Exportier app, on Google Drive or FTP server);
Switch on the email notifications when Shopify data export file is ready;
Schedule automated data preparation to save time.
When you’re done, press Save to save the products report.
Once you created a Report based for Products, get back to Reports page and click the Run button to start data preparation for export.
When the status changes to Ready, click Download to get your file.
