To export certain tables, you'll need to add a Jira API token. These tables include:
In all other cases, a Jira API token is not necessary. |
How to create a Jira API Token?
Go to Account settings
In your Jira Cloud instance, select your profile picture, and then select Manage account.
Select the Security tab, and then select Create and manage API tokens
3. Click Create API token button
4. Enter an API token name and click Create
.
Select Create API token.
The Create an API token pop-up window will appear.
In the Lebel* field, enter the name of your API token, and then select Create.
Select a label that is short, memorable, and easy for you to remember.
Select Copy.

Go back to your Jira Cloud instance, select Apps, and then select Oracle Analytics Connector for Jira.
On the left-side menu, select API Integrations, and then select Jira API token.
In the Email* field, enter email you use with your Jira Cloud instance.
In the API Token* field, paste your newly-created API token, and then select Validate & Save.
