Checklist's templates are created to easily re-use your basic lists of items and set up consistent processes more efficiently. Below is a simple step-by-step guide on how to use Checklist for Jira On-the-Fly templates.
Step 1.
Click on the configuration menu(1) and select
Load from templates(2).
Step 2. Select the appropriate template and click
Load.
Step 3. If the checklist already exists for the selected issue/task, you have 3 options:
Click
Append if you want to add a checklist template to
an existing one.
Click
Overwrite if
you want to delete the old one and add a new checklist for the selected issue/task.
Cancel operation.
