Step 1. Сlick on the configuration menu and select “Load Load from templates”templates
Step 2. Select the appropriate template and click ‘’Load’’ Load
Step 3. If the checklist already exists for the selected issue/task, you have 3 options:
1.Click ‘’Append’’ Append if you want to add a checklist template to existing one
2.Click “Overwrite” Overwrite if if you want to delete the old one and add a new checklist for the selected issue/task
3.Cancel operation
