Step 1. Go on Administration page to section to Jira Administration tab and select “Manage apps” section.

Step 2.Click ‘’Projects’’. The following configurations will be available:

Fields and buttons description:

  1. Mail Me enable button for each specific project

  2. Filter by project name

  3. Filter by project  lead

  4.  Filter by enabled/disabled Mail Me status

  5.  Apply filters

  6.  Reset previous filters

  7.  Disable Mail Me for all users

  8. Enable Mail Me for all users
