Step 1. Go to Jira Administration tab and select “Manage apps” section.

“Projects” tab in the Mail Me section on the left menu. The following configurations will be available:

Fields and buttons description:

  1. Shows if Mail Me

enable button

  1. is enabled for each

specific

  1. project from the list;

  2. Filter by project name to find the project you need;

  3. Filter by

project 

  1. project lead;

 Filter

  1. Filter by enabled/disabled Mail Me status;

  •  Apply filters

    •  Reset

    1. Apply the selected filters to get the data;

    2. Reset previous filters;

     Disable

    1. Disable Mail Me for all users;

    2. Enable Mail Me for all users.
