The previous export credentials will soon be deprecated. Please switch to using the Export Password to avoid losing access to your reports. This option is available to both administrators and regular users. |
Being signed in to your Zendesk Support account, select Tableau Connector by Alpha ServeTempo.
Select Export Passwords, and then select Add password.
In the Name field, enter the desired name for your export password, and then select Create.
Select Copy, and then close the window.

You can revoke your export passwords any time. Revoking a password makes it invalid and removes it from the list. |
