Tempo token is required to view and export the data. This data is available for export for all users who were granted permission to work with the Power BI Connector app. All fields contain each checkbox set which are selected by default when selecting a field, so that may be all you need. But if it's not, then you need to choose the certain needed checkboxes — to create a smaller group of data for the upload.
