In this section we offer you some simple advices for Administrator role on how to quicker and easily create custom statuses for items to adapt checklists for your goals and more variety in items marking for each project.

Step 1. Go to the Jira Administration tab and select Manage apps section.

Step 2.Click Custom Statuses in Checklist configuration.

Аfter that the following configurations will be available:

  1. Select a particular project to create or manage custom statuses.

  2. Enter a name that displays status values.

  3. Select icon that displays status values.

  4. Enter status symbol for bulk editor.

  5. Select status color.

  6. Click to create a new status.
